Parkland School District Operations Center

The Parkland School District Operations Center is a new two story 40,000 s.f. building that services the entire school district. It consists of administrative offices spaces, conferencing space, storage space, loading areas, janitorial storage, and various workshops. The departments and functions located in the building are listed below. The building also features two loading docks for direct access into the lower level storage and workshop area. A truck bay allows for vehicles to pull into the building for loading and maintenance.

The building takes advantage of a severely sloped site to allow for grade entry at the upper and lower entrances. It also features 80 parking spaces on two levels that serve the football stadium for overflow parking in off hours.
