MKSD Honored with ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award

We are thrilled to share that MKSD architects has been named the recipient of the 2025 ATHENA Organizational Leadership Award by the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce Women’s Business Council.

This award is presented to businesses that foster a culture where women can thrive in leadership roles and that actively support leadership development opportunities for women and girls in the broader community.

For over 20 years, MKSD has been proud to lead with a vision rooted in equity, collaboration, and inclusion. Our guiding belief—Design, for Everyone. Equally.—shapes everything we do, from how we build our teams to how we partner with clients and shape the built environment.

As a certified Women Owned Business, this recognition is especially meaningful. We’ve built a studio culture where mentorship, opportunity, and voice are shared equally.
