St. Luke’s University Health Network Lanark Road Health Center

An important part of St. Luke’s rapid network expansion, the Lanark Road Health Center is a three-story 44,000 square foot building on a previously vacant site along the busy Route 309 corridor in Center Valley, Pa. The building was part of a design-build venture with Boyle Construction. MKSD provided architectural services for both the shell and interior fit-out of the building. The design and material composition of the building aligns with St. Luke’s brand consisting of brick, natural stone and a canopy at a covered patient drop-off area.

Main features of the interior include a central registration and waiting area for the different services, as well as central back-of-house services for staff and building systems.
