Primo Produce

Primo Produce is a nationally recognized food distribution company. They provide produce as well as olive oils, teas and artisanal cheeses to clients throughout the Mid-Atlantic states and New England. MKSD architects renovated their existing 30,000 square foot building and designed a new three-story 16,000 square foot office addition, including a new employee cafeteria. The project also included a 40,000 square foot addition for recipe testing, food prep, packaging, storage and distribution. The expansion included a refrigerated warehouse and multiple loading docks.
