Memorial Park Aquatics Center – Chambersburg

Teamed with renowned aquatics specialist Counsilman/Hunsaker & Associates, Inc., MKSD architects designed this new community swimming pool and recreation complex in the Borough of Chambersburg.

Replacing an existing 1960’s pool, the new facility features a leisure pool, a competition/fitness pool, a bathhouse with showers, toilets and lockers, snack bar, offices and site/landscape elements.

The leisure pool offers:
• Spray ground configured to allow three-season use
• Separate tot pool
• Zero beach entry with play feature
• Otter slide
• In-water volleyball and basketball
• Current channel with Vortex
• Lily pad walk
• Three water slides
