The 81,000 square feet 3-story building will centralize FCFCU’s corporate operations under one roof and give FCFCU a presence in the western end of the region. FCFCU will occupy the top two floors, leaving 22,000 square feet of retail space on the ground floor, part of which will house a new APCI Federal Credit Union branch. FCFCU also is building an adjacent 5,000 square feet 2-story branch office.
