Construction Begins on Allentown Family Foot Care

The Lehigh Valley Business Journal published an article today announcing the ground-breaking on a new MKSD project.  The Gold SEAL property will be home to a new location for Allentown Family Foot Care.  Highlights from the article are below:

“Serfass Construction broke ground this week on a new project for Allentown Family Foot Care, said Kevin Serfass, vice president.

The site, at 2114 Walbert Ave. in South Whitehall Township, will be called Gold SEAL at Walbert, a throwback to the days of Dr. Ray Fritz’s career as a Navy SEAL, according to Serfass.

The 6,400-square-foot office building will serve Fritz’s tenants for Allentown Family Foot Care, which is moving its existing office about 500 feet to the new, larger more efficient location. Serfass said construction should take six months, with a planned opening in early 2015.

MKSD Architects of South Whitehall Township is the architect for the design/build project.

Fritz said his family foot-care business has four office locations in the Lehigh Valley; the business has 20-25 employees split between the four locations. He began his private practice in 1991 when he got out of the Navy, Fritz said.

His business offers foot and ankle services, including therapy services, advanced surgical techniques and corrective foot surgery.”  -Brian Pederson, LVB
